Independent Activity (10 min) : Your special Child is a representation of the hopes and dreams you have for them. Complete part I of this activity (below) independently to reflect.

Group Activity (20 min): Then, in your breakout group, follow the directions in part II to add your visual representation to our Phipps Special Child Gallery.

Directions:

1. First select your group members, click on the link and type in your name under your group number. Groups

2. Decide on a location in Gather.Town that your group would like to work in. Be mindful if there are others working around you. Consider spacing yourself out so that you do not hear other groups.

3. Choose one person to share their screen with the group.

4. Remember, your slide number will be the same number as your breakout group.

5. As a group, discuss your responses and see what you have in common.

6. Together, decide on what your representation will look like. You can take turns adding pictures, quotes, words, symbols, etc.
